Recover deleted photos on Mac ?
So I downloaded Picasa on my mac, and I’ve seen that all of my photos were automatically transferred there. So thinking that my pictures are already in Picasa, I decided to delete my pictures on iPhoto. Then I happen to empty my trash. And now I couldn’t find my iPhoto pictures! Is there anyway I can get them back? I tried to download photo/data recovery softwares, but almost all of them are not free. By the way, I have Mac OS X Tiger. Please help!
Not a lot you can do with freeware, you’d have a better chance with data recovery with paid versions. I think File Salvage has a try before you buy option. DiskWarrior is another option but it’ll cost you also. This is a good reason to backup your data regularly. BTW the more you use your Mac the less chance you have at recovering your photos.
