Help! I have lost video files (mpeg) from my Sony Memory Stick Pro Duo.?
I have made a gross mistake! I have formatted the memory stick thinking that I have transferred the files to my PC. The problem was that I transferred files from the internal camcorder memory (Sony DCR-SX30) and not from the memory stick. Then I formatted the stick (accidentally) and freed the space for other recordings. I recorded again other videos and formatted the stick for the second time. Now, I’m trying to recover the files and all I recover is the files before the second format. I can’t recover the files from my first format. Does anyone has a solution to this problem. I tried all kinds of data recovery software (Recover my files, File Scavanger, EASEUS Data Recovery) but to no avail. These videos are of my little daughter who just finished a preschool program and are very important to me. Please help! Thank you!
