data recovery from corrupted dvd?
i brought this 4.7gb moser baer only dvd,not re-writable,and after putting 1.25 gb of data,one day when i put some more onto it(a 60 mb file of gta sa mods and songs),the copy operation hanged.
i shutdown the pc by switching the ups….after turning on,i checked the dvd again,found in properties used space-0 bytes,and total space- 0 bytes
i then formatted it-it then showed free space of 3.25 gb out of total of 4.7 gb
now i want my data back
how the heck?
Hi,
It’s impossible to recover data from a formated DVD as far as I know.
If it was a memory card or a hard drive there was still a chance.
