data recovery on sony cybershot camera??
i was going through my pictures on my sony cybershot DSCW130 camera with my sony memory stick 4GB and i accedentally deleted all pictures in the folder! so every single one of my pictures was erased. after i took 2 more photos to see if they were still there somehow. is there any way to recover the pictures on the camera after i took 2 more pictures? please help!!!
also, i saw that you can send the card to the sony company and they can try to retrieve the files on it…would that work better even if i took the 2 additional pictures?
yes, if you took 2 additional pictures, you can still get your pictures back. But probably some of them not recoverable as new saved file could used the spaced.
But anyway, it’s good to use recovery software (download free trial from http://www.asoftech.com/apr/ ) to scan to see whether your files are recoverable. Then you can justify whehter you want to purchase full version of software to recover your pictures.
