Backup and Restore?

I copied three partitions using Norton Ghost.Everything copied ok::The Dell Utility Works when i hit its key::The Operating system works Fine too.::the Dell Recovery Partition Exist But does not initialize when i hit the F11 key.:Can anyone help me with this?::Though i was able to extract the Recovery partitions Data onto C:,and recovery the system;but i need to get this F11 Key thing Going;;any help would be greatly appreciated.

You are trying the CTRL F11 feature to recover your OS, you can go to the BIOS BY Press ing F2 on Dell LOGO, then go on ONBOARD devices then disable NIC, AUDIO, & turn USB controller to No Boot, then save those changes & then try to use the feature of Norton & also remove all the External devices & connect only the Keyboard, mice & the monitor to the system,
