Recovery of data…is it possible?
i had licensed version of windows 7 in my laptop,i was trying to boot backtrack using USB drive,i installed backtrack accidentally over the entire disk.Windows is gone completely.is there any way to recover data from windows?????.
i had this default partition in windows which was recovery..(don’t know exactly)..
i asked one of my sir,he asked me to create image of the drive using Norton ghost,and then to apply some forensic tools…Could anyone help me out with this…..Thank u…
Hey sara..do u know how i can just take the image of the entire drive…its the laptop HD..can i like boot the laptop from an external HD and then take drive image…is it possible????

You’d need data recovery software. try this one:
