Data Recovery Freeware Deleted

Does anyone know if there is software available to recover files deleted using sure delete?

I am trying to recover some data that was erased off a pc using the program Sure Delete. So far I have run a number of various file recovery software, they have recovered the file name, but not the file itself (ie: a picture that was deleted will recover the file name, but if you click on it, there is no picture. Also, freeware would be greatly appreciated if it is available to do this. Thanks.
