Help with HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool?
I just used HP USB Disk Storage Format Tool on my external hard drive instead of my USB Flash Drive and I am about to kill myself. I did everything up to step 5 on this guide:

…until I realized the Drive Letter had magically changed when I plugged in the external hard drive and didn’t notice. Basically I said yes to the first question but then it asked me if I wanted to format the drive and I said no. I didn’t format it but I still cannot access the data on the hard drive. Please, if anyone knows how to reverse what I did in step 5 (didn’t format just did the bootme thing) help me out! I’m very desperate and ready to bring this drive to data recovery tomorrow if I don’t find a solution.
