Are there any freewares for recovering deleted emails?

I seem to have deleted this one real important email, while deleting the dud facebook notifications :S
Can anyone please send me a link to a freeware/software that recovers emails? Must be free for me to see the contents of the email i deleted. There is no need for me to save this email ( i know some programs charge for the saving bit, thats ok)

I recently downloaded a program claiming to recover emails called EASEUS Data Recovery, but it only recovers stuff from Rubbish bin, etc.

Damn, recuva only recuvas files from outlook & windows mail etc The one i need is hotmail. But thanks

These recovery programs do work on occasions, however if the files have already been overwritten, then NO recovery is possible.

Print out important emails as a back up.
