Data Recovery Doctor Pen Drive

Format unreadable pen drive?

I have a pc restart while formatting a pen drive still going on.From then It became unreadable,unable to format,unknown file system.what hould I do?
I tried HP format tool,Pen drive recovery,Data doctor recovery,computer management,but no use.
