I need help clearing a folder on a CD-R?
here’s a joke:
Hold the disk firmly between both hands and slowly twist your wrists together so that the disk begins to bulge and bend. Continue this motion until you hear an audible “pop” and small metallic film pieces rain down. Now you have successfully cleared the data on a CD.
Warning, you will not be able to reuse the disk after you have cleared it. Also, data recovery, even by a trained specialist will be impossible.
Note: This method works with all media in disk form including CD-ROM, CD-R, CD-RW, DVD-ROM, DVD+/- R/RW, BD, HD DVD, VCD, and possibly Laserdisk.
If you disassemble your hard drive and do the same thing with the platters inside, you get the same result!
