System restore???HELP?
Ok recently my display drivers have been not responding, after talking to this tech guy for 4 emails, he sent me this:
Having reviewed your email, I understand that you are experiencing an issue with display.
I can understand your concern, I can relate to how inconvenient it is.
In order to resolve the issue please perform a system recovery.
Please note that all of your personal data files and applications will be lost. Be sure that you have your data files backed up before performing a system recovery. Disconnect all peripherals (except the AC adapter for notebooks/netbooks and the keyboard and mouse for desktops). It is important that notebooks/Netbooks be running from AC power during the recovery.

Is this the only solution to this problem???
Ive tried everything in the book to try to fix it… nothing..
Im just not sure whether this is worth what the tech guys asking.
So what im asking is:
Should i go with it or tell him something else.
No need to give any details to any one. Just update your display driver from any download site or from hardware vendor site. You can check below sites also for display driver -
