Data Recovery Apple Download
itunes help – my purchased music has been lost….:(?
RIght, without going into how much I hate apple and itunes for ruining my life on more than one occasion…this is th emost recent one.
On my laptop, all my music is gone – 100%, and iv done all the checks and all the lost data recoveries etc. I went into my ‘local apple shop’ and asked one of the guys about it. He told me that using itunes, when connected to the internet, if I went to ‘File’ and then went to ‘Transfer Purchases From ipod’, then I would be able to write to itunes to explain to them what has happened, and they would be able to let me download my purcahsed music again.
Im online and the ‘Transfer Purchases From ipod’ part does not highlight, and therefore I cannot use it.
Can anyone help me? Maybe I remembered the wrong thing to click on perhaps. And i cant find anywhere on the internet where i can write to apple themselves.

Have you tried a programme like this http://www.recuva.com/ Ive used it to get back all of my itunes, and it works! Make sure you do it asap, so that you have more chance of getting all your music back. Good luck.
