Windows 7 RC, a few questions?

1. I have Vista, the website says I don’t have to backup my files before installing, so I can just install RC without losing anything?
2. It said I need an CD to install it, can I use a virtual ISO mount like Daemon Tools? (a disk that can hold 2.4Gb isn’t easy to find)
3. When I need to go back to Vista and use a system recovery disk that came with the laptop, will I lose my data? What if I do a system recovery instead?
4. It says my computer will automatic send in “anonymous information”. Is this true? will they know what programs I’m running on my laptop? Just how private will the stuff I do on my laptop be when I use RC?
