Damaged Hard Drive Data Recovery Software
data recovery tool from same drive?
I was about to install undeleter 2007 just to recover my cookies. There is a login /password info in one of those cookies I erased a few days ago that I have no way of finding any other way.
So my question is, apparently installing the software on the same drive that I’m trying to recover deleted information has some risks?
fyi, I dont have another partition or hard drive. and the C drive I have is NOT damaged.
Thanx.
The chances of recovering from the same drive you’re using decreases exponentially the longer you wait – so either install it NOW (and take the risk), or install it to a FLASH DRIVE (those USB chip thingies) instead.
I’d go with the second option – even if it means you have to shell out $20 for a cheap Flash Drive (or more for a GOOD one)
;););)
