Best Hard Drive Data Recovery Software

whats the best programme for creating recovery discs incase of system failure.?

Hiya i wana make some recovery discs for my pc im using windows xp and i have a substancial amount of data on it i dont want to lose all of it…is there a programme i can get so i can put my whole hard drive on to a disc i know nero 8 does it but i want to know the best software so i know 100% if i do come across a system failure im guaranteed to restore my pc with all my data on it.
