itunes to iPad & Ipod touch error number 6?
I recently developed a problem when trying to sync my ipod touch and my ipad (on seperate occasions) with itunes. Within seconds after pressing sync they seemed to have been wiped clean and im left with that image of the white apple cable pointing to the tunes logo, showing on my devices. As if they just came out of the box.
Apparently this is meant to be recovery mode, but all the online help isnt restoring my deivces. I keep getting ‘error 6′ which basically means a new software or update on my PC has affected itunes parameters.
Seeing as I have tried everything, my last hope is to do a clean instal of itunes but i want to keep as much ‘device data/backup’ as i can.
Where can I find these files and what should I back up exactly please?
